For your peace of mind, we ship most orders using an insured courier service both domestically and internationally. See below for details on shipping to your required delivery destination.

Within the UK

Delivery costs here depend on the total amount and, to a lesser extent, the weight.

• All orders over £85, no matter how heavy, are delivered for FREE using UPS
• Under £85 but weighing over 0.5kg are £6.90 and, again, are shipped using UPS
• Under £20 or less than 0.5kg are £3.50 and are sent using Royal Mail First Class
• Over £40 but less than 0.5kg are offered the choice of Royal Mail or UPS

BFPO Destination

If you need your order despatching to you at a BFPO address either here in the UK or anywhere abroad we can help!

Simply select your country or county as BFPO when giving your delivery address and put the BFPO number in the postcode box. You will then be offered the same rates as UK based customers even if you're in Iraq.

Within Europe

Every order to a European* destination is despatched via UPS and is billed at a flat rate of £18.99 for anything up to and including 2kg. Rates for consignments over 2kg are calculated pro-rata.

* Europe here means to include the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland

Other Worldwide Destinations

All other locations are billed at a flat rate of £28.99 for the first 2kg except for BFPO deliveries which are billed at the standard UK rates shown above.

Rates for non-BFPO worldwide deliveries over 2kg are calculated pro-rata at £34.99 per 2kg

When can I expect my stuff to arrive?

Courier service it typically sent on the same day if ordered before 3pm GMT for delivery to you within two working days. Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

At any time, you can check up on the status of your order by going to order tracking. A status of 'Completed' indicates that the full order has been packed up and sent out to you already.

'Partially Shipped' means that either some items were out of stock or some are being sent separately due to weight or size restrictions on the delivery service you chose. In both cases though, someone will have been in touch with you about this first.
